Who We're Looking For

Curious, cultured, slightly irreverent.

The Journal is a private cultural club for readers who treat vintage, heritage and style as a lifestyle, not a nostalgia trip. We're not chasing volume or viral trends — we're after narrative depth, archive intelligence and genuine British wit.

Correspondents are how we get there. You don't need a portfolio full of mastheads — you need a real point of view on Britishness, country life, society, fashion or eccentricity, and the willingness to write, shoot or film it properly. We edit closely, credit fully, and treat every piece like it's going in a magazine — because it is.

"We exchange disposable digital trends for deep narrative depth, archive intelligence, and modern British cultural wit."

  2. Share your voice

A sample or link if you have one. Style matters more than experience — first-time contributors welcome.

  3. We get back to you

Feedback, edits and a target publication date, direct from the editorial team.
